We are one step closer to being able to live the exploits of Captain Murphy, Hesh, and everyone’s favorite Debbie. Poseidon Resorts is a completly underwater resort that is supposedly in the final stages of creation design. According to the reports and blog posts from about everywhere, it has stuff to keep the insides to a comfortable 1 atmosphere, every room has a nice view of the ocean and the rooms even have fish feeders near them so that there is always something fun to look at outside the window.

We might be able to stay underwater, but the mouse that controls your body will come a bit later.

If you don’t think this is cool, there is something very, very wrong with you. On a side note: After reading this story, I had one of those moments where it hits me how cool the times we live in are. In a few years you can go on one vacation where you can stay for a week 50ft underwater and then later in the year you might be able to take a trip on a tourist flight into space via Virgin airlines. Granted you would have to be uber-rich to have a year like that, and I can’t afford to go down the street for vacation, but its amazing to think about isn’t it?
