So I have Tiger up and running. Not only that, but I only forgot, and subsequently lost, one thing I needed in my clean install / upgrade (Which is actually really good for me!).

I promise I won’t rehash what every other blog or site in the entire world has written or is writting about Tiger lately. But I will say that I have had no problems with it and my little 933 MHz G4 iBook seems to be running faster…although, that could be because of the clean install I did and not Tiger. However here are a few observations without going to indepth:

1. Safari seems much quicker.
2. The RSS is nice, but its not 100% there yet…of course, I could just be working it wrong.
3. I’m loving my iTunes artwork screensaver.
4. Dashboard is nice, but its nothing special. This will take off when someone finally makes that really cool, actually usefull Widget.
5. I don’t care what anyone says, I like the new Mail.
6. I haven’t had any of the problems others have had with iChat (yet).
7. Spotlite is nice. Very nice. I hate organizing my computer files, and now, other than on my server(s), I won’t do it anymore.
