Gwen may not do exactly what some of the more victorian-influenced or goth-influenced girls do, but is it really wrong for her to draw influences from something she thought was cool? The girls, for the large part, probably don't care - in fact, Stefani is uber-popular in Japan right now, and there have been numerous posts on Japanese bulletin boards from these girls... fawning over Stefani. Is it a crime to enjoy pop music? Get a life and find something to criticize that really actually portrays asian culture poorly. The Japanese (actually living in Japan) do not care about Stefani's girls. Nor do they care about the (real) Harajuku girls - they recieve little attention from residents, and thus most citizens consider Stefani's shennanigans of no consequence.
