Random Blog of the Week #10
This week’s blog is one that I have talked about, referenced, and have even been referenced on one occasion, so its due time that it becomes one of the “Random Blogs”.
Gadgetopia is one of those websites that I check every morning. It turns out, for my favorite websites, I’m not a huge RSS fan. So Gadgetopia, along with a few others, I check the old fashion way and actually go to the site. What is Gadgetopia? Its a tech blog. It has the standard news, but also some good editorials. For instance, I found the php templating engine, Smarty through Deane and the guys at Gadgetopia. There are more I’m sure, but what am I some weirdo that writes down where I find everything?

Above everything else though, I love the comments / commenters that Gadgetopia gets. There is of course the most famous post for stupid comments, which I wrote about here: Dear Mr Gates, Can You Buy Me A Brian?. But a comment I saw today really inspired me to make Gadgetopia, this week’s blog.
On a post about the site timeanddate.com, Deane wrote a very short article that read:

I am in love with chris lonto he is a friend of mine and i need to know if i should go for it because he looked at me this last sunday before i ususally do . I do not know if i should go head and ask him out or just leave it alone, chris said he just wants to be friends . What should I do about this love for him . Should I let it go i just don’t want to go on love him and thinking he is going to be my boyfriend . I just need someone to help me out
