You have to do it all, pour the right amount of liquids, add ice or lemon and shake it the right amount. The main problem is that to “win” the game you must go about making the best Cosmopolitan. Not exactly my drink of choice, but they made this as an invite to a company party for a client, so that must have had something to do with that limitation.
